We’ve had an amazing response to the survey for the OTRD Trails Grant, and we’d love to see even more responses! Your input will be included in the grant application. This grant is through the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department’s Recreational Trails Program, which helped fund Phase 1 of the trail. Now, we’re working to expand Phase 1, and your feedback is crucial to making that happen. Please take a moment to fill out the survey if you haven’t already!

🚨 Holiday with Heroes is Tonight! 🚨
Don’t be alarmed when you hear a lot of sirens around 6 PM! A line of police, fire, ambulance, highway patrol, and county sheriff vehicles will leave the Choctaw Police Department with lights and sirens blazing as they head east to Walmart.
Once at Walmart, these local heroes will shop with children who have been previously referred by school counselors to the Eastern Oklahoma County Chiefs of Police Association. 💙
This is a multi-jurisdictional event for referred children, but everyone is welcome to enjoy the amazing parade of emergency vehicles as they journey to brighten the holiday season for some very deserving kids.
