The City is reviewing and updating our code regarding land use regulations and design standards including topics such as commercial signage, parking, landscaping, development processes, and much more. This project is guided by best practices, community input, and the Choctaw Comprehensive Plan and in cooperation with the consulting firm Freese & Nichols.
