Choctaw Creek Golf Course is back open to the public. We currently have 12 temporary greens while we let the greens heal from overseeding. Green fees will reflect conditions of the golf course. The mention of temporary greens will likely carry a negative connotation, but it is important to remember that they're being used for good reasons. Whether it's allowing time to recover from damage, protecting greens from damage in the first place, or allowing renovations to happen, the end result of temporary greens is always better playing conditions on the primary surfaces. We appreciate your patience as we continue to make improvements.
Choctaw City Hall will be closed Monday, October 9th in observance of Columbus Day. We return to normal business hours on Tuesday, October 10th. Thank you and enjoy your weekend!

In addition, Choctaw Nicoma Park School Buses will continue their morning and afternoon routes for students in this area. Construction is expected to last 45 days, weather permitting.

It has been a very long wait for the City of Choctaw residents, but the first section of road construction will begin tomorrow! We have signed a contract with Oklahoma County to begin the tear up and repavement of Reno Ave. from Hiwassee to Henney. Please avoid this section of road unless you are a resident within that section. Please be patient as weather can impact the timeline. Please obey traffic and construction signs. Do not drive around or move barriers.
