Microsoft Publisher did us a favor by pushing us out of our comfort zone with its phase-out in October 2026. We decided to get an early start by transitioning to a new newsletter format this month—and we are beyond pleased with how it turned out.
Unfortunately, the version included with the utility bill will still appear in black and white, so we’ll be showcasing the full-color version on our website and social media. Even though the page size remains the same, it somehow feels like we’ve lost a bit of space.
Because of that, reminders will now be available on the City website through the Community Bulletin Board page. The Choctaw Community Bulletin Board serves as a centralized hub for community information, including reminders previously found in the newsletter, links to community organization websites, and other helpful resources.
