Payment Options
Options Available
The City of Choctaw offers two easy ways to pay your bill without the need to mail it in or drop it off at City Hall. You can now set up your payments to be automatically drafted from your checking account or pay online from the convenience of your computer.
As of Jan. 1, 2022, we will no longer be accepting over-the-phone payments for utility bills. Residents still have the options of paying by mail, online, or in person. We also have autodraft available.
AUTOMATIC BILL PAYMENTS
When you use automatic drafting you will still receive a monthly bill, just as you do now, which features the date your bill will be automatically paid - usually about 10 days after the bill date, depending on weekends and holidays. If you have questions about your bill, you should contact the Utility Billing Department prior to the automatic transfer.
If, at any time, you wish to stop paying by automatic transfer, complete the Automatic Bank Draft Removal Request form. Please notify the Utility Billing Department if you change bank accounts, you will need to complete a new Automatic Bank Draft Authorization form.

ONLINE BILL PAY
You can pay your utility bill online by going to the Choctaw Utilities Online Payment Center link. Please have your bill available and make sure that you enter your account number correctly so your payment will be applied to the correct account.
